Champ The Nap Of The Meeting

A disappointing Tuesday but I fancy Champ strongly to win the RSA on Wednesday. I took quite a while to warm to the horse and, ironically, he impressed me most last time when he fell. His jumping technique is sound and I think it was just a loss of concentration at Cheltenham.

Long term followers of the blog will be joining me in cheering on Defi Du Seuil for the Queen Mother Champion Chase. I tipped him at 20/1 at the end of last season on my Lazybet blog (which preceded this one).

Another I fancy fairly strongly is Protektorat in the 2.50. I thought he was much too keen for his own good last time. Trainer Skelton knows how to get one ready for the Festival and I’ll be backing this tomorrow.

The only other one I really like is Ocean Wind in the last. The day he won at Newbury last time impresed me even more than Epatante’s victory on the same card.
