Picked a tough day racing at Carlisle today.
Hearth breaker when my Nap Duke of condicote got a questionable ride yesterday and didn’t make it to the line. I think Martin Harley would take back that one.
If anyone has any mega fancies for Carlisle today get then posted! Looks like il need at the help I can get!
I see the post regards Sammem above – I can see the EW angle. Easterbys are ticking over nicely recently too.
I’ve never known going to the racecourse and not finding it tough. Have a look at all the horses in the parade ring and to try an ignore the odds. Any horse with a small head, forget about. Look for well turned out horses with good rear ends especially in the shorter races. If all else fails, pick the one with the best looking handler. Quite like Don’t Tell Claire in the last.
The latest Private Eye says Kath Viner forced us out because data showed that sports readers were unlikely to donate to the Journal. Last year Viner said that 180 jobs must go as the paper was facing a loss of £25m…
Only to admit recently that revenue had risen and GMG were substantially better off.

Had an ew bet on Sameem, Carlisle 4.05. Hoping the first time cheek pieces can work the oracle.
