Hitlist headline is Bacciodilupo landing his third successful nap from his last four with a stunning 15/2 chance. The folks below seem to be taking it in turns to rack up brilliant runs. David made it two in a row with an 11/8 chance. Yours truly was between two; the one he chose was a flying home second. The one he didn’t won at 11/4. That’s life.
Inspiral in the 2.10 is the blog’s nap at 2/1. As ever, please leave yours in the comments section and and add it to the July Winners thread if it obliges.
Thanks and good luck
Joe
With Joe with INSPIRAL doubled up with DUKEDOM Sandown 1.35. But what do I know? Too many seconds!

Hate to go for a ridiculously short priced nap, (but here goes) castans dia, Yarmouth 16:50. Over at Worcester, at better odds can you believe it ew (10/1) 16:05, with most bookie’s paying 4 places.

Farhh Too Shy. Yes, pleased with that (Yarmouth yet) and after a dryish spell recently, I also had Andaleep at 16/1
But they were both suggested by a Plymouth contact, so I can’t claim too much kudos.

I’m enjoying the discipline of picking a horse a day – for better or worse! Todays pick is Espressino wors 4.05
re yesterdays racing – i though Snowalot very unlucky – jockey waited an age for a gap that didn’t come and had to swing out miles to pile home only to not quite get there in time. I know these things happen but wasn’t my favourite ride.

Can’t really understand the e/w price of Almohandesah in 2.10 sandown. Nap however is Clay in 7.05 Newbury

Not at all surprised that Bacciodilupo is tipping winners as that was his pattern in a previous life.
I have built a coupon around Ballydoyle today at Leopardstown.
I am no fan of Ryan Moore as I don’t believe every Horse can possibly be ridden the same way; 3rd to 5th position until the final stretch.
However I think he is a confidence Jockey. For all his show of stoicness at interviews he knows he will receive no mercy for what is judged an error from APOB.
That Belmont double must have infused him with enough confidence to carry him over the summer particularly as those rides were 2 ways to skin a Cat.
There might of been luck involved but he will believe you make your own luck.
I have noticed less animosity to Ryan Moore in my local Bookies in the past 2 weeks which is revealing.
I could nap Point Lonsdale but at 1/6 that be shooting Fish in a barrel.
APOB’s favoured route for the identified best 2 yo is Maiden/ Chesham/Tyros/Futurity/National/Dewhurst although the 2 yo who does the alternative route to the Doncaster Futurity often via the Beresford may make a better 3 yo.
I think 12/1 for Point Lonsdale for the Guineas is a steal.
My nap is not Ballydoyle trained.
It is New Moon Rising. Dundalk form doesn’t translate to any other track. Indeed anything connected to Dundalk doesn’t translate to any walk of life. The Moon is indeed rising and will be full this Saturday and that is my nap in the 19.00 at Leopardstown.

Firstly, thank you to EGS and Bacciodilupo for mentioning Elizabethan, More Beautiful and Wren’s Breath at Naas Yesterday. Unable to pick one horse to bet on I had one of those WTH moments and backed all 3 in an Exacta Box. Paid 154 to 1, shame I had only invested the grand sum of $6 total.
Nap for the day is FLOWER OF THUNDER Yarmouth 15:45.

The daily naps are going well. its very interesting and If you’re picking a couple each day and combining then I fancy you could be a few quid up ( or well down depending on the choices!).
