Not much time to get on in this 4.10 race where Bet365 and Hills are paying 3 places in the 7-runner field, but based on the ground and recent form two stand out as having strong chances of at least placing – I See You Well is 14/1 with Bet365, and Poppa Poutine 13/2 with Hills. I’ve backed both EW and recommend that you do too.
Both horses have put up strong performances on good ground. I See You Well’s best two ratings are on good, and one of those is a win at this track. He is drifting in the market as I write, but that extra place is a real bonus and I am not put off.
Poppa Poutine ran well last time out at Cheltenham in a first time tongue tie, which is retained for today.
